WPRocket Compatiblity
If you’re using WPRocket, you’ll want to disable caching on SureFeedback mockup and website pages. These pages can’t be cached since they are dynamic pages that are updated for each user.
- Go to WP Rocket Advanced Rules tab
- Locate the box Never Cache URL(s)
- Add these URLs:
/mockup /website ph_apikey access_token
- Locate the Never Cache Cookies
- Add these cookies:
_wp_session
- Click the save changes button!
