What are dashboard sites?
The SureFeedback plugin is a Central Dashboard for you to manage all of your website projects. You start by installing the SureFeedback plugin on your own site, or a dedicated installation specifically for SureFeedback.
Once you have SureFeedback installed, you can connect an unlimited number of external sites. These sites can be on any platform – WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Drupal, Craft CMS, Gatsby, Next.js, Plain HTML – anything!
When you add an external site through SureFeedback, you can connect an external site by Installing the WordPress Client Site Plugin, or adding a snippet of code to the footer of the non-WordPress site. This loads the interface on your client’s site, but it’s powered by your central SureFeedback dashboard.
