W3 Total Cache Compatibility
If you’re using W3 Total Cache, you’ll want to disable caching on SureFeedback mockup and website pages. These pages can’t be cached since they are dynamic pages that are updated for each user.
- Go to the Performance > Page Cache page.
- Locate the box Never the following pages
- Enter this into the box:
/mockup/(.*) /website/(.*)
- Click save to update!
If you’re still having issues with SureFeedback and W3 Total Cache, please reach out to support!
