Caching and SureFeedback
To ensure SureFeedback functions correctly, you need to exclude certain URLs and cookies from caching. SureFeedback serves dynamic content that changes frequently, so caching it may result in outdated comments and broken links.
Exclude caching for the following:
1. On the following URLs
/mockup/(.*) /website/(.*) (^|;\s*)ph_apikey (^|;\s*)access_token
2. And any cookie that begins with the ph prefix and the _wp_session cookie:
(^|;\s*)ph _wp_session
I’ve Decided to Deactivate Caching Plugins, But I’m Still Seeing a Notice.
If you’ve deactivated caching plugins but still see a caching notice, there may be cache files remaining in your site’s cache directory. To remove caching completely:
Delete the content of the wp-content/cache/ folder either by FTP or a File Manager to completely remove caching from your site.
For more detailed information, be sure to check out our docs for caching with different plugins and server settings.
And if you have any doubts, feel free to reach out to us. We’re always here to help!
