Welcome to SureFeedback!
Follow these six simple steps to start collecting feedback on your website.

SureFeedback uses Workspaces to organize your sites and feedback, making it easy to manage multiple projects or clients from one place.

💡 Pro Tip:
A workspace is automatically created when you add your first site if you don’t already have one.
You can always create additional workspaces later to organize your sites better.

1. Create Your Account

Sign up for SureFeedback and access your dashboard.
When you register, an organization is automatically created for you.

Action:
👉 Register at https://app.surefeedback.com

2. Set Up Your Workspace (Optional)

Create a workspace to organize your sites and feedback.
Workspaces help you separate projects or clients for better management.
If you skip this step, your sites will be added to your default workspace automatically.

Action:
👉 Navigate to Workspaces → click Add New Workspace

3. Add Your Website

Add your website URL and choose the site type (WordPress or Custom HTML).
our site will automatically be assigned to your currently active workspace.

Action:
👉 From your dashboard or the Sites page, click Add New Site

4. Connect Your WordPress Site (Automatic Plugin Installation)

When adding a WordPress site, SureFeedback will automatically install and activate the SureFeedback Connector Plugin for you — no manual upload or code needed.

Simply enter your WordPress site URL and credentials (admin username and password).
SureFeedback verifies the connection, installs the plugin automatically, and securely connects your site to your dashboard.

Action:
👉 Follow the on-screen steps to connect and verify your WordPress site.
Once connected, your site will appear in your SureFeedback dashboard automatically.

🔒 Security Note:
SureFeedback uses secure, short-lived verification tokens to connect your WordPress site.
No login credentials are stored on SureFeedback servers.

5. Start Collecting Feedback

Once your site is connected, you’re ready to start collecting feedback.
Visit your live website using a magic link and click on any element to leave feedback.
Comments and annotations will automatically appear in your SureFeedback dashboard, organized by workspace and site.

Action:
👉 Visit your site and start commenting directly on live elements.

6. Invite Team Members & Collaborate

Invite your team members, clients, or external reviewers to collaborate on feedback.
Each member can be assigned to specific workspaces with customized permissions (Admin, Member, or Client).

Action:
👉 Go to Workspaces → Members or Organization settings → Members

Understanding Workspaces

Workspaces help you keep your feedback, sites, and teams organized — especially when working with multiple projects or clients.

Key Features of Workspaces:

• Automatic Assignment: New sites are added to your active workspace automatically.
  
• Workspace Switching: Switch between workspaces from the sidebar or organization menu.
  
• Member Access Control: Assign users to specific workspaces with different permission levels.
  
• Unified Organization: All workspaces belong to your main organization for easy collaboration across teams.
  

📝 Note:
If you’re managing only one website, you can skip workspace creation — your site will automatically be added to the default workspace.
