Plugin Set Up Guide

Follow these steps to seamlessly link your WordPress site with your SureFeedback SaaS workspace and start collecting visual feedback from your clients and team:

1. Install the SureFeedback Client Plugin

Go to your WordPress admin dashboard. Navigate to Plugins > Add New, search for “SureFeedback Client Site,” and click Install Now, or you can also upload the plugin zip. Once installed, click Activate to enable the plugin on your site.

2. Open the Connections Tab

After activation, find the SureFeedback menu in your WordPress dashboard sidebar and click on the Connections tab. This area manages connections between your WordPress site and your SureFeedback account.

3. Start the Setup Wizard

Inside the Connections tab, click the Get Started button. This will launch a guided setup wizard that walks you through connecting your site to the SureFeedback SaaS platform.

4. Log in to Your SureFeedback Account

The setup wizard will prompt you to log into your SureFeedback SaaS account. Enter your credentials to authenticate and securely link your site.

5. Authorize Your Workspace

After logging in, authorize the plugin to connect with your SureFeedback workspace. This step is necessary to synchronize your WordPress site with your SaaS dashboard.

6. Verify Your Site in the SureFeedback Dashboard

Once authorized, your connected site will automatically appear under the Sites tab in your SureFeedback SaaS dashboard, confirming the connection is live.

7. Access Your Site and Start Collaborating

Use the Magic Link provided in the Sites tab to open your live website with feedback enabled. Begin adding comments right on the pages of your site. Your team and clients can also leave pinpointed feedback directly on design elements, making collaboration smooth and visual.

This straightforward setup process ensures secure synchronization between your WordPress site and the SureFeedback SaaS, allowing you to efficiently gather actionable client and team feedback on your live web projects.
