Start Adding Comments
Step 1: Install and Activate the SureFeedback Client Plugin
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for “SureFeedback Client Site” plugin.
- Click Install Now, and once installed, click Activate to enable the plugin on your site.
Step 2: Connect Your Site to SureFeedback
- In your WordPress dashboard sidebar, click SureFeedback > Connections.
- Click the Get Started button in the setup wizard that appears.
- Log into your SureFeedback SaaS account when prompted, then authorize your workspace to link your site securely.
Step 3: Start Adding Visual Feedback via Magic Link
- After successful connection, open the SureFeedback SaaS dashboard and navigate to the Sites tab.
- Locate your connected site and click the Magic Link to open your live website with feedback enabled.
- Click the Comment button on your live site and start adding comment
- Pinpoint the exact section on the page by clicking where you want to leave feedback. A numbered marker will appear at that location.
- Type your feedback or suggestion into the comment box that pops up. You can also assign this comment to someone or add a file attachment.
- Submit your comment to add it to the site. Others with access can reply, discuss, and resolve comments directly on the visual interface.
