Automatic renewals for license keys

Current license terms for SureFeedback expire yearly, which means they need to be renewed each year to continue to have access to support, updates and downloads. Today we are announcing a change that will make license renewals hassle-free.

License keys will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase date, and they will continue to renew as long as the subscription has not been cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, hassle-free.

Because of this change we have also adjusted our purchase terms and conditions. The complete adjusted terms can be viewed here.

Existing Customers

Existing are grandfathered in and will NOT be automatically subscribed to license renewals. This will only affect new purchases and renewals. However, if you would like to update your license key so that it renews automatically, simply visit your account page and renew or extend your license key(s). After checkout is complete, they will be set up to renew automatically.

Cancellation

A subscription can be cancelled any time after purchase through your account page. Once cancelled, your license key(s) will not renew and will expire 1 year from purchase. Once expired, you will no longer receive automatic updates or have access to support. You may manually renew your license at any time to reactivate your subscription.
