Did you know that SureFeedback is not just for WordPress? You can connect an unlimited number of external sites – Shopify, Squarespace, Drupal, Wix, Plain HTML – anything!
Install the plugin
First, you need to install the plugin on a WordPress site. We recommend installing SureFeedback on its own dedicated, subdomain. However, it can work on a personal or agency’s WordPress website too.
This site will be the main “hub” for the admin area where you add new projects, control the settings, and adjust the user accounts for clients and colleagues.
Add an external site
Once the plugin is installed and activated you can add external website projects from any platform you’d like.
The plugin offers easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions that will guide you to adding an external website. Here’s the gist:
- Click ‘New Website’ from the SureFeedback dashboard, on your WordPress site.
- Enter the URL of the external site. (Wix, Drupal, another WordPress site, Shopify or just plain HTML.)
- Copy the code snippet.
- Paste the snippet in the footer of the external site (from Step #2) and save.
- Begin using SureFeedback and look like a pro!
