What is the difference between the Standard, Professional and Ultimate Plans?

As you know, all SureFeedback plans have unlimited client projects, the difference between our plans is the number of admin dashboards in the form of your company teams (project managers, developers, designers, QA testers, etc) that can have separate access to manage client projects and feedback. With the Standard plan, you get only 1 admin dashboard, while the Professional and Ultimate Plans give you 3 and 5 admin dashboards respectively.

What is a dashboard site?

You only need to install the plugin on a single WordPress installation. We call this a “Dashboard” site – a centralized location where you can view and manage all your website and mockup projects. You only need 1 dashboard site to get feedback on an unlimited number of projects. After you install SureFeedback on a “Dashboard Site”, you can connect all your client sites. This loads the SureFeedback interface on your client’s site to get feedback, but it’s powered by your dashboard site. All feedback, projects, etc are then collected on your dashboard site – a centralized location so you can view and manage all your projects.
